Why is it that my brain somehow knows when the week starts as far as getting up in the morning? On weekends I wake up early and practically “spring” out of bed! Why…when I can easily lull around, stay in bed and snooze a little longer? But NO!!! I’m UP…bright eyed and bushy tailed!!!
Then comes Monday, and I can’t seem to find the strength to haul my sorry ass out of my bed! I turn off the alarm, roll over, snooze, roll over again, snooze some more until I look at the clock and force myself to realize that I now have only 30 minutes…to get myself up, kids up, breakfast dolled out, lunches made, teeth brushed, dressed (all 3 of us), grab the dog and dash to the bus stop!
Why can’t we have a 5 day string of Saturdays, with only two weekdays worked into each week?
Is that too much to ask for?
Apparently it is!!!!
